The CSN Kidney Care Resource (KCR) is a one-stop repository of Canadian nephrology guidelines, policies, and procedures. As an active member of the CSN, you have exclusive access to this repository of documents shared by nephrology programs across the country on the CSN website.
These documents offer you a sense of local practices across Canada and can serve to inform your own local program development.

If your center would be willing to share local documents with the national community of CSN members, please email the CSN Admin Office at admin@csnscn.ca and we will distribute your request directly to our Community Nephrology Committee to review.
